Shipping policy

When will my order be despatched after placing it?:

We aim to despatch all items as quickly as possible. Since all our items are physically in stock, at our warehouse, we usually able to despatch from our end within less 24 hours for orders placed during Monday to Thursday, cut off time midnight, and Monday morning for orders placed on Friday to Sunday.

Since public holidays happen, and sometimes couriers have delays or other circumstances arise, our offical shipping times are Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, that do not fall on public holidays, otherwise the next weekday. We usually far exceed this.

What type of shipping do you offer?:

We offer up to 4 options for Shipping, depending on which area the order needs shipped to.

We offer The Courier Guy Locker (formerly PUDO), for delivery to your select Locker/Kiosk, a Local Delivery to the door option for selected areas in Cape Town, an Economy Courier to the door for Selected Metro Areas country wide and a Remote Courier to the door country wide.

All shipping options available for your area is listed at checkout, along with the costs.

What will be the cost?:

All our shiping fees are charged at a flat rate, regardless of order size. If you 1 or 100 items, regardless of what the item is, the shipping fee will be the same.

We offer The Courier Guy Locker (Formerly Pudo) at R69, Local Delivery at R80, Economy Courier at R105 and Remote Courier at R120.

We also offer Free Shipping for Orders over R600 on days that do not fall on sales days.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?:

The delivery time depends on the type of shipping selected.

The Courier Guy Locker (Formerly PUDO) quotes 1 to 4 working days for the order to be ready for collection. Local delivery will be at your door within 2 working days from despatch, while usually taking one day. Economy Courier and Remote Courier will take up to 4 working days to be ready for and usually is quicker for major areas and areas closer to Cape Town.

How can I track my parcel?:

As soon as the item has been despatched, you will receive an e-mail from us, with a link to your order status page on the website, that will provide you with the tracking link for the particular provider.

Additionally, the Courier themselves will email, SMS, phone or whatsapp you additional information as per their internal policies.

What if my parcel is delayed?:

Please contact us via email or whatsapp. We will deal on your behalf with the service provider and find out what is going on.

What if my parcel is lost?:

Please contact us via email or whatsapp. We will deal on your behalf with the service provider and find out what is going on.

If the parcel is confirmed as lost or we have had no feedback from the courier after 7 days, we will handle the matter further on your behalf from our end, and refund you for the full value of the lost items and shipping costs from our own pocket so long, while dealing with the service provider and their insurer from our end on your behalf.

Do you offer Collections:

Unfortunately we do not offer collections, except for The Courier Guy Locker (Formerly PUDO) option, which you can collect from your specified Locker/Kiosk for R59.
