Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, we must receive your item back in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You are responsible for postage costs for returning the item.
To start a return, you can contact us at houtbaybookdealers@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
We aim to please. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Please note that all our items are second hand and might have minor wear and inscriptions by previous owners, or is as described.Photographs might be requested of damaged items before a refund or new item is sent.
Refunds
Refunds will be in the form of either a bank account EFT transfer or sending a different item if available. Please allow 72 hours for a refund to be initiated after being approved.
